1. Is there a security deposit ?

A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

2. Is there a minimum length of stay?

1. Do we need to pick up keys from another location on arrival?

We meet and greet all our guests on arrival at the lobby of the building booked.  

You will receive a detailed email specifying the name and phone number of our Concierge assigned to welcome you and check you in at the lobby.  We request you to keep this concierge posted of any last minute changes to your expected arrival time.  We also request you to either make a quick call or text this conceirge about 30 minutes prior to arriving at the building, so this check-in can be smooth and efficient. All our conceieages have most of the mobile apps for communication (like Whatsapp, WeChat etc)

1. Can you arrange a car transfer to pick me up at the airport?

We can arrange for an executive transfer (maximum 4 people) from the airport to your apartment and also return you to the airport on check out. The cost is from $65.00 for domestic and international transfer each way (inc GST). To request this service please contact us by phone after your booking is confirmed.
