A classic, very large and functional 4 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and two car spaces located at "The Mark on Collins" building, located at the very heart of Melbourne CBD. This property is located "absolutely" at the very center of Melbourne CBD, with multiple choices for public transportation, tourist spots, shopping, eateries and entertainment all within 200 meter radius. 

The apartment opens up with a very wide entrance hall & sitting area that is followed by a gourmet kitchen complete with microwave, fridge, electric stove, electric oven and much more. Adjacent to the kitchen is an open plan living/dining area. Central to this kitchen, dinning and master bedroom is a open to sky atrium with a serene & leafy indoor/outdoor sitting area. 

The master bedroom offers a stunning en-suite with bath tub, separate shower room, toilet and vanity. Next to it is a spacious second bedroom with built in robes. Near the entrance is the third bedroom. This 3rd bedrooms backs out into a generous fourth bedroom, both with built in robes. 

A full second bathroom with shower room, toilet and vanity and laundry facilities are also available. Laundry includes an Euro washer/dryer and ironing board. 

The bedrooms are furnished tastefully with king/queen beds that can be split into single beds on request. Four strategically located air conditioners provides heating and cooling as required to maintain comfort in all seasons.

=>Secure undercover parking for 2 cars available (nominal charge per car space applies). Please note that cars above 1.9 meter in height cannot be parked in this building. 

=> Absolute city center with tourist attractions, public transportation, eateries, shopping centers and entertainment all at door steps

==>>Bedroom-1, the master bedroom has a queen sized bed. It also has a pullout single sofa bed on the other end of this room. Thus this room has potential to sleep comfortably up to 3 people. 

==>>Bedroom-2: This room has a queen sized bed that can be split into two single beds on request. It also has a pullout single sofa bed on the other end of this room. Thus this room has potential to sleep comfortably up to 3 people. 

==>>Bedroom-3: This room has a bunk bed with double bed at the base and a single bed on top. Thus this room has potential to sleep comfortably up to 3 people. 

==>>Bedroom-4: This very large bedroom has a king size bed that can be split into two king-single beds. Additionally, each king-single beds also has a trundle component underneath, which can be pulled out to provide up to two additional single beds. Thus this room has potential to sleep comfortably up to 3 or 4 people. 

==>>We also have a double pullout sofa bed in the lounge area and a double click-clack sofa bed next to dining area, thus providing additional scope in this very large apartment. 

 

Though this property has capacity to sleep up to 15 adults, we do not encourage booking for more than 10 people unless exceptions are made by our management. Rates quoted are for 6 people and additional tariff applies for additional guests over # 6.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Any extra guests booked over the normal capacity for the unit will reduce the level of privacy.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants’ responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Advance booking and payment required for reserving car space. Car size restriction apply (2 m in Height, 2.2 m in Width and 5.2 m in Length). We may not be able to accommodate larger vehicles.

 Security bond A$ 500 is payable at the same time as the balance amount, both of which are due at least 28 days prior to arrival date. If this amount is not received in time, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it. This bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.


Cancellation Policy

50% of the total booking costs will apply as cancellation fees, if a booking is cancelled over 30 days prior to arrival date.

100% of the total booking costs will apply as cancellation fees, if a booking is cancelled under 30 days prior to arrival.

Booked this apartment for a small group (6 people). Was a good sized apartment and most bedrooms are actually bigger than they seemed in the photos. Very clean and well stocked with cutlery and plates (although did need to buy a bottle opener). Bathrooms were good size and showers worked well (even with multiple people). Location was absolutely perfect and very central. We walked nearly everywhere and trams right outside. Anchor's Apartment in the CBD was amazing! The communication is excellent, and the place was perfectly located. There is more space than we possibly needed, and it was actually more beautiful than the pictures even show. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for a great stay!

Absolutely amazing location, right in the middle of the city, enabled easy access for everywhere without a car. Apartment was neat and tidy and rooms were exactly as pictured. Easily fitted 10 people, was very spacious and overall a great place to stay !!

This was my first Booking.com experience and it was an absolute pleasure staying with Anchor. The apartment and room was as pictured and spotlessly clean. The host was incredibly hospitable going out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable in his home throughout the duration of my stay. I couldn't recommend staying with Anchor on Collins highly enough, it was like staying with an old friend not a total stranger. I would certainly look to stay in Anchor on Collins again without hesitation. Great location, great apartment, great host.

We had a great time in Anchor's apartment. It was our first trip to Melbourne and we will definatly be back. We had our two young children with us and the apartment was perfect with access to the pool and being walking distance to everything. Anchor were so helpful with so many suggestions and tips.
