The apartment features a gourmet kitchen complete with microwave, fridge, stove, electric oven and much more, adjacent to the kitchen is a large open plan living/dining area, equipped with a 50 inch television, a books library and great views & light with a large wall to wall window.
There are three spacious bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a king sized bed that can be split into two single beds on request. The master bedroom comes with a ensuite, The third bedroom has a bunk-bed with double bed at the base and single bed on top. All bedrooms comes with built in robes.
There are also two sofa beds in the lounge area for additional bed options. This apartment has the capacity to accommodate 8 to 9 people.
There is a shining second bathroom and laundry, which includes a euro washer-dryer and ironing facilities.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Any extra guests booked over the normal capacity for the unit will reduce the level of privacy.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants’ responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Advance booking and payment required for reserving car space. Car size restriction apply (2 m in Height, 2.2 m in Width and 5.2 m in Length). We may not be able to accommodate larger vehicles.
Security bond A$ 500 is payable at the same time as the balance amount, both of which are due at least 28 days prior to arrival date. If this amount is not received in time, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it. This bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
50% of the total booking costs will apply as cancellation fees, if a booking is cancelled over 30 days prior to arrival date.
100% of the total booking costs will apply as cancellation fees, if a booking is cancelled under 30 days prior to arrival.

We had a brilliant stay at Anchor's apartment! they was very accommodating for some last minute changes to bed configurations, and allowed us to have a late check out. The location was SO central and the space...incredible. Comfortably fit a group of 9 for the weekend. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Maxine was our host. The trip was overall pleasant despite that hot water went out one night. But I they did fix it the next day. The place is close to southern cross station so it's approximately 5min walk from the skybus station. Transportation is rather convenient, plenty of restaurants around. Big apartment is enough for 6 or more. Had a good time.
