We have 12 identical new, large and spacious one bedroom apartments for your comfort and enjoyment, located at the heart of Melbourne CBD - Fully equipped residential complex!
Be spoilt by the sensational views, the multiple entertainment choices all around, the cafes and eateries that Melbourne is famous for, the endless shopping, the sensational sight-seeing spots, all within short walking distance. Several public transportation options available from the door steps. There is also cheap & secure car parking available in the building.
Each apartment has a very large lounge room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city. A gourmet kitchen complete with microwave, fridge, stove, electric oven and much more, adjacent to the kitchen is an open plan living/dining area. A light-filled large & comfortable bedroom and a stylish central bathroom with shower room, toilet and vanity is on the other side of this modern apartment. The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer and full ironing facilities. Some of these apartments has a large balcony and others are fully wheelchair accessible.
Each apartment features security entrance, marble bench tops, 50 inch TVs and unlimited use of dedicated WiFi. We can offer secure car parking facilities in this building for a small extra fees.
BED ARRANGEMENT: The master bedroom has a king/queen sized bed that can be split into two single beds. The lounge room has two comfortable single sized pull-out sofa-beds. The apartment is listed for 2 people stay, but it can easily accommodate up to 4 people, either with double or single beds. Extra cost applies for additional guests over 2.
OTHER FEATURES INCLUDE: =>Wireless Broadband Internet Connection =>Bed linen, bath towels etc are provided for each guest. We do not carry out any cleaning or linen changes during a stay unless requested - extra charges will apply. =>Port a Cot, high chair & rollaway bed (Free, only on request, subject to availability) =>Secure undercover parking for 8 cars available (nominal charge per car space applies). Car height restriction (2.1 m Maximum) apply. Taller vehicles cannot be parked in this building.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Any extra guests booked over the normal capacity for the unit will reduce the level of privacy.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants’ responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Advance booking and payment required for reserving car space. Car size restriction apply (2 m in Height, 2.2 m in Width and 5.2 m in Length). We may not be able to accommodate larger vehicles.
Security bond A$ 500 is payable at the same time as the balance amount, both of which are due at least 28 days prior to arrival date. If this amount is not received in time, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it. This bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
50% of the total booking costs will apply as cancellation fees, if a booking is cancelled over 30 days prior to arrival date.
100% of the total booking costs will apply as cancellation fees, if a booking is cancelled under 30 days prior to arrival.

Anchor was excellent to deal with, very accommodating and extremely helpful. The apartment on Little Collins Street was perfect; great location and had everything I needed for a great weekend in Melbourne. Would definitely stay again.
