Apartment Features:

This is one of the largest two bedroom apartments in the whole of Melbourne City! With over 85 square meters in size this fabulous apartments comes with a large lounge room with space for separate dining area and two extra-large bedrooms. 

The apartment is furnished tastefully for executive living. The gourmet kitchen complete with microwave, fridge, gas stove, electric oven and much more, adjacent to the kitchen is an open plan living/dining area. Features marble bench tops, security entrance, 50 inch TV and dedicated fast WiFi internet. The apartment is bright and sunny with multiple windows capturing amazing city views. Laundry is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer and ironing board.

BED ARRANGEMENT:

Both the bedrooms queen sized beds (which can also be split into two single beds on request, to make 4 single beds). The lounge room also has two double sized pull-out sofa-beds. The apartment is listed for 4 people stay, but it can easily accommodate up to 6. Extra cost applies for additional guests over 4.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Any extra guests booked over the normal capacity for the unit will reduce the level of privacy.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants’ responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Advance booking and payment required for reserving car space. Car size restriction apply (2 m in Height, 2.2 m in Width and 5.2 m in Length). We may not be able to accommodate larger vehicles.

 Security bond A$ 500 is payable at the same time as the balance amount, both of which are due at least 28 days prior to arrival date. If this amount is not received in time, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it. This bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.


Cancellation Policy

50% of the total booking costs will apply as cancellation fees, if a booking is cancelled over 30 days prior to arrival date.

100% of the total booking costs will apply as cancellation fees, if a booking is cancelled under 30 days prior to arrival.

The apartment was great. Their was very helpful, She texted is during our stay to make sure everything was okay or if we needed anything. The apartment was in a great location, close to trams and the train station. Couldn't recommend this apartment highly enough!

We enjoyed our stay at Anchor's place - it as an ideal apartment for two couples and a great location close to Lygon street and also Victoria Markets. Communicationl was fine, meeting our friends on arrival with the keys and allowing us to leave our luggage at the apartment n the morning we checked out. Recommended
