This fabulous north facing two bedroom apartment is located on the 32nd floor of the incredible Upper West Side apartment block. Located in the best part of Melbourne with immediate access to the best inner city entertainment, retail and dining areas with Docklands, Southbank and South Wharf a short stroll away. Enjoy convenient, everyday living with a multitude of public transport options on offer, with Southern Cross Station situated directly opposite.

 

The apartment itself features sun filled carpeted lounge area with an open plan feel, modern kitchen with Caesar stone bench top, mirrored splash back, and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom includes a large walk-in robes and a stylish ensuite, while the second bedroom has BIRs and is serviced by a separate central bathroom. Additionally, this apartment features a modern European laundry, split-system heating/cooling and a secure car space.

 

Residents will also enjoy great amenities on offer such as an exclusive residents-only gym and a 25m indoor pool with deck, rooftop garden which will be one of the largest green spaces in the Melbourne CBD and will include BBQ areas, vegetable gardens, study areas and playground.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Any extra guests booked over the normal capacity for the unit will reduce the level of privacy.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants’ responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Advance booking and payment required for reserving car space. Car size restriction apply (2 m in Height, 2.2 m in Width and 5.2 m in Length). We may not be able to accommodate larger vehicles.

 Security bond A$ 500 is payable at the same time as the balance amount, both of which are due at least 28 days prior to arrival date. If this amount is not received in time, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it. This bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.


Cancellation Policy

50% of the total booking costs will apply as cancellation fees, if a booking is cancelled over 30 days prior to arrival date.

100% of the total booking costs will apply as cancellation fees, if a booking is cancelled under 30 days prior to arrival.

Great location in the CBD area, close to south cross station, very convenient to take train, skybus and rent a car. The apartment is almost brand new, everything is clean and comfortable.

Anchor's apartment was awesome! It was within the CBD and very accessible to everywhere. Food, shopping, supermarkets, car rental etc. It was our first Airbnb experience and Candice indeed left a super good impression. super flexible with timing and super helpful in everything! We will definitely stay at Anchor's when we visit Melbourne again. Thanks for being such an awesome host!
